Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we have created a list of requirements that must be covered.
- No exchanges will be made on order due to your error.
- The item must be returned in the condition it was packaged and sent.
- All apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items that have been used in any way that is unsanitary will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: Items that have been worn or misused, will become ineligible for any refunds and will be exempt from our return policy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you decide that you no longer require the product that was initially purchased, please provide us with a receipt of purchase, tracking number and your email used to purchase this product. Additionally, we may require some images of the product if it is damaged. These images can be sent to email@example.com for review.
If your item has a fault and is eligible through our return policy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will provide you with a return address for said product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to the instability of certain shipping agents in Australia.
